I'm not sure. Sometimes, I think that there are much more belted women and men than one would expect.

The demand for chastity belts is big enough for at least two larger studios in Germany (My-Steel, Neosteel) and several other manufacturers in Europe and Australia. And I don't think that all of their customers are fetishists …

This is not something anyone shows up, like a new dress or jewelry. Therefore, it is only the manufacturers and each individual user with keyholder who know how many there are.
