try to stay calm and make the best of it. you know why you wear the belt and that's the most important thing. there are always good and bad situations, the momentum can tip one way or the other, but it's ultimately a head thing. it's just like running (@Avery will confirm this), even if you're physically fit the head has to play along, but if you tell yourself "i can do this, i can get through this" then you're the winner. š
One thing I've learned is that you have to take care of yourself. If you do, the whole world looks better. Eat right, get proper rest, get some exercise, buy yourself something to wear, read a good book, meditate.
I don't think we've ever talked about proper rest. The American football coach Vince Lombardi used to say "fatigue makes cowards of us all". He was talking about contact sports, but I've found rest helps me stay on the chastity path. If you're over tired things are just harder, darker, you're more likely to get discouraged.
So keep practicing self care.
