Personally I differentiate more an abstinence belt(allowed to masturbate more or less when she wants to),and chastity belt with release(allowed to masturbate a few times,only on planned occasion).

My ability to get the opportunity to masturbate is limited by my grades in school, but until recently it was mostly once a month.
