I voted 1 week.It seems for women(not in chastity belt),it is generally,in average,every other day,so3 days is closer,but as the purpose of your chastity is to prevent it(and you did it a bit excessively),I thought 1 week would make it more bearable for you,while limiting it a bit.

Personally I differentiate more an abstinence belt(allowed to masturbate more or less when she wants to),and chastity belt with release(allowed to masturbate a few times,only on planned occasion).
