Even though I more or less volunteered, my opinion of the belt ranges from grudging acceptance to sheer hatred. It seems so painfully unfair to me that everyone in the works gets orgasms freely but I do not. Still, the inability to enjoy orgasm was built strongly into me long before I ever wore the belt.
