Nate Of course, if he wanted to switch back later on, or the metal one caused some problems, it would be no problem.
Ah, so basically just needing to wear it long enough to give it a serious chance. I have to admit, your earlier message
Nate Despite that, he's now in the metal one and will have to get used to it (or ask parents, which I doubt will change anything).
made me also think that the change was final.
Nate Since we're locked 24/7, I have never worn pants with no cage since I got locked. And I suppose neither have Jake. However, we've already gotten used to it.
Ah, I was wondering because I thought I recalled you saying earlier that at least early on, you could get unlocked for sports and the likes, though that was probably over pretty quickly once the cat was out of the bag and you had proven that the cage does not interfere with your game. Plus you mentioned getting unlocked for medical appointments (and I doubt you are waltzing through the waiting room bottomless), but I guess those periods are too short to really count.
I am just asking because I am thinking of applying that criterion for myself once I feel I have conquered any hygiene, sharp edge and pinching issues with my device - if I am released, the cage goes on before the pants go on. Because if we count hygiene and authorized relief as the principal reasons for unlocking, there is no reason to be unlocked under clothes - except when you are on the way towards a medical appointment (where the cage might get in the way of a procedure or diagnosis) or a nude spa (where the cage would brand you as a sexual deviant) or something.
