If it were my only option, sure! However, I have better options while belted. Vibrators work sufficiently well for me through the belt.

My circumstances are different now, though. Early on I experimented to find the limits of what the belt can do for my partner and I. Now that they're understood, I avoid those limitations.

Yes, it's impossible to push the skin around the shield in a way that would create a big enough gap. The shield is a bit deeper than the surrounding skin, and if pushed down it folds in a way that can't be pushed through.
It's one of the first things I made sure she couldn't do back when the belt was still new - otherwise the belt would be completely pointless.

But thigh bands affect a girl throughout the day making it harder to walk. Why, just to stop a hypothetical situation where the belt is somehow not enough to stop her from touching herself unless her legs are locked together even though the shield already covers the entirety of her private parts without stopping her from running or sitting normally like a teenager should be able to do? That's a terrible idea.
Chastity bra is just unnecessary, it's OK for a girl to touch her chest. Making a girl wear a heavy metallic device on her chest isn't OK.
