Yes, it's impossible to push the skin around the shield in a way that would create a big enough gap. The shield is a bit deeper than the surrounding skin, and if pushed down it folds in a way that can't be pushed through.
It's one of the first things I made sure she couldn't do back when the belt was still new - otherwise the belt would be completely pointless.
Angelina it's good that you don't think about it, but to simply say it's unacceptable that would shorten the debate, there are reasons for these devices, they should just be worn voluntarily in my opinion.

But thigh bands affect a girl throughout the day making it harder to walk. Why, just to stop a hypothetical situation where the belt is somehow not enough to stop her from touching herself unless her legs are locked together even though the shield already covers the entirety of her private parts without stopping her from running or sitting normally like a teenager should be able to do? That's a terrible idea.

That would certainly depend on the type of belt. At least a waist belt would significantly affect how much you can move in the lower spine and pelvic regions. A hip belt probably not as much, but I cannot imagine a large rigid item anywhere around the torso not interfering with mobility in at least some way. Not to mention the risk of skin irritation, which can be minimized somewhat with thorough moisturization, careful bending of the belt and good old-fashioned practice, but not completely eliminated.

why is it ok for you if a girl touches the breast but not ok if she touches the vagina. i know stupid question but by touching the breasts a girl can stimulate herself and some can also orgasm. good that you think it is wrong, it is wrong to force someone to wear it but the devices are not wrong in general.

interesting that it is possible to get used to it. i always notice the belt even when i am distracted. as soon as i move i notice it.

Because it's a much more delicate and intimate part of the body. It is a very private area, and until the girl is older it should be also kept private from the girl too. (Not just the vagina like you wrote, but the entire vulva.)
