Yeah, I definitely feel addicted so relapse is always a danger.
But this is also all about how I make decisions in general... I think about things for a very long time, discuss them with my wife, then when I'm ready I finally I make a very strong choice and live with it.
I've decided orgasm and (especially) masturbation aren't good for me, ...so they're out of the picture.
This doesn't mean I don't miss them both!!
But I prefer living with the feeling of sexual frustration if it means that I also feel fully engaged in life with a drive to succeed etc.
