Maybe it depends on where you're talking about because what you say sounds like lunacy. Maybe in Ethiopia people are starving and will give up what sex they can get for a job. Where I live a significant problem is obesity so people have evidently satisfied their food needs and don't have to give up anything, least of all sex, to get food. Another problem is employers can't find good workers, even Dunkin' and McDonald's. They would more likely offer to provide girls to prospective employees than try to get them to be celibate.
