      i think therapy is better, the belt can be an additional tool, but it cannot replace it. i would also not recommend withdrawal to anyone who is addicted to drugs without the support of a psychiatrist.

              In therapy you do not blame your parents, you talk about your problems and find a solution for yourself. The therapist guides you, nothing more, nothing less.
