Not at all, @Tasha , but to say that running affects your hymen, it is.... well, you know.
And I was semi pro player, and hymen does not suffer with it. With other practices, maybe, but running...

Ines , you know I love how consequently you adhere to your high moral standards! But the moment you call out other people for the state of their hymen, I have to ask if you have thought that through. Hymens come in different shapes and sizes naturally. A torn hymen does not prove you had penetrative sex, and an intact hymen does not prove virginity.

If Tasha feels she needs to give a reason for a torn hymen, it's probably because parts of her social circle convey this unfortunate set of expectations. I agree that running is probably not tearing anything, but that is beside the point.
