Tasha t's not a fixed interval at all. I've tried asking for the key only for them to not give it to me. Recently (I mean from last year) they give me the keys every few months to have some time. I've mentioned before, it's not a lot of time, but enough to have some alone time. So you could say they surprise me.
I get the belt removed for an hour every month, same time each month. When the hour is up the belt goes back on. No surprises, my aunt does not want us out of the house without the belts on. We would never just be given the keys.

Same with us, my sister and I each hove multiple belts so we can wear one that is most comfortable at the time. She has someone that can make adjustments if the fit is off. She doesn't want any reasons for them not to be on.
