Angelina It depends on the material. The cage I wear all the time is made of "biosourced resin", or at least that's what the manufacturer claims. I think the long time risks after 24/7 wearing for a long time are much bigger then for woman. I think a men body kind of needs an erection from time to time to stay intact. Otherwise you risk to loose the ability to get an erection afterwards.
