I can stay out later but I need to ask permission and she must know where I’m going. That being said she won’t give permission if chores aren’t done. When in school homework must be done too.

                                  Exactly,and they would not accept I only tell them I'm old enough to not have curfew or bedtime,and if I insist too much(even more with no good arguments)after a "No.",it would easily lead to a punishment(I could ask,and I did,but they never accepted to cancel these rules).

                                                        Since my relationship with Daniel became very serious, I don't have a curfew anymore, but because of a different reason.

                                                                          There are two stages in your life, minor and adult. If you are a minor your parents have responsibility over you and decide what you are supposed to do. When you are and adult you and only you decide what to do. Curfew for you means you are still a minor. And no, nobody ever told me "you must at... be home" because I was always prudent enough.
