          I think one time per day is fine. They are still young. It will decrease over time, but it is not extensive.
          If you only think about it then I think it is too much.

                You need some practise to get the feeling. The best is you get the tools and try on a look you have on hand. I cheap one to start with. After that try with better quality looks. At youtube you can find many video which helps you.

                  Joh thank you for the support with these things. i understand we dont actually know eachother but im glad to have everyone here. seeing so many people use these belts makes me feel like i can do it and its not going to be as impossible as i imagine.

                  yeah this month is my practice for wearing it. ive worn it twice today. the first time was for an hourish and the second was 2. im not as of right now though im pretty sure im done for today but im not 100%. i know shes not going to make me sleep with it though

                                          This kits are a starting point but they are easy to pick. The information I found some say this tools which comes in the kits are too large or not the right quality for better locks.
                                          I also recommend you practice with others until you get the feel of how it works. You will also find out how easy or difficult it is to damage the lock. Only then would I start with the lock from the CB.

                                          @vyktoryah This is a good argument. If it too hard for you to wear it tell your parents what the consequences could be in worst case. Both would go to prison, you would be separated from them for the rest of your life which means your family relationship will be destroyed. Also tell them this is not what you want but you see no other option because of the unbearable situation beside maybe suicide.
                                          It has not to go in this way but this are all possible outcomes in worst case. They should think about what is important.
                                          To point out the consequences doesn't mean you have to do it. It get the facts in their mind which they may have not thought about.
