For what it's worth I have worn a CB for just over seven years and I can say categorically it has not reduced my desire one iota. Rather the opposite. By its very presence you can feel something there that is beyond (mostly - 
) your reach. This leads to a frustration which for me isn't always unpleasant.
But be aware, I wear it out of choice. In other words I have gifted my sex to my partner in the strongest way I could fathom. In return, my partner does not let me suffer. She is very much aware of my needs, understands how frustrating the belt can be and take steps to make sure I am happy. This has a knock-on effect about her own needs which ultimately leads to more pleasure between us.
But that is not the rule on this forum. Girls (and guys) are being kept chaste in a manner that is beyond their control. That control is usually maintained irrespective of the wearers needs and feelings. Even so, some wear willingly, but others wear very much against their will which they tolerate for other reasons. However, I imagine most wearers will agree with me that wearing a chastity device will not reduce your desires - and may well make them stronger.

My "problem" right now is that I spend so much time alone, and each time the desire crosses my mind, nothing stops me from relieving it. Even while watching online classes bc I have no mic/cam recording me. My mother caught me in this situation and she went mad.
So I think maybe wearing it would prevent me from doing it out of boredom because it won't be that easy as just put the hand down and rub. I thought as time passes it would reduce my desire to do it, it's gonna be hard if it actually increases it.

I'm disabled (dependent on a wheelchair), so sports are out of the equation. Not that I couldn't try any, I simply don't haha.
As for other things I do, since the virus started my life out of home has been very very limited. This year I'd like to start going out with my friends again (now that restrictions are lower than last year). But my mom is even more worried with that because she thinks I'm gonna get pregnant or something like that. She doesn't realize my condition turns off boys hahaha. Moreover, she doesn't realize I'm not even interested in them...
Anyways, yes, I have hobbies. Though when sexual desire hits the door, it takes the first position on my priorities if I am able to relieve it in that moment.
Hell, I look like an addict. I swear it's not that extreme as it sounds.

I definitely can empathise with that, I also kinda default to that sort of "easy entertainment" when bored, and it played a role in my own chastity experimentation. Now, our experiences cannot be 100% compared because I am male, and I have not been practicing it for too long, but I am pretty sure that locking up has not decreased my time spent on things that turn me on at all - though I feel it had increased the excitement that comes with it.

of course it's true that with the belt you don't, or rather can't, do these things anymore, but you'll find that it causes you great frustration, it's a weighing of what's more important.
that makes me a little sad, it should be self-evident that people with disabilities can also do sports (there are also the paralympics) and if someone really loves you then it will be secondary for him and he will adapt to your situation.

Yes, I'm aware they exist. At least I saw some of them in the tv this summer haha. However I live in small town, you could even call it a village. I'm definitely not the only one around with mobility problems, but there's no such thing as a wheelchair basket team around here.

In general, it increases my desire sharply. However, we did one longer experiment of about 6 weeks and my desire did start to drop off again towards the end. We ended that experiment because the increased desire is what we were pursuing.
