Well, I am going to talk only in theorical way, but, I have to admit, further hypocrisy, that your approach makes me think about the point!
youdontknowme 1) Institutional policy. Basically, though there is no law mandating chastity, several institutions (e.g. colleges) might mandate the wearing of chastity devices as a condition of enrolment. While claims that it would reduce distractions are quickly revealed to be false, it did cut down significantly on people who regret drunk sexual escapades.
I am against forced use, but, this is my second year in university and, frankly, I will not see badly that girls in university have to wear a chastity belt. I believe it could have very good consequences.
I know that currently is impossible, but... just my opinion.
youdontknowme Again, no laws mandating any of that, but wearing a chastity belt might be a social norm.
In this case, I would be activist trying to become the use in law.
youdontknowme As for singles living on their own... either an older family member living nearby, or a trusted authority in the local community or a community-appointed guardian or something along those lines that ensures the wearer can keep themself sanitary without unchaste behavior.
Yes... I agree. However, in real life this has a lot of problems.
