i don't know how it is in other countries. in germany, according to the law, you have to have been separated for one year before you can get divorced. with a bit of luck, that should be enough to find a new partner. but i think the separation should take place before looking for a new partner, otherwise it would be very dishonest.

You should take your time to get over the divorce and and put yourself and your life in order. Find out what you like and not like, what is important and what you expect from a new relationship. Otherwise it could be you start with the wrong one again.

difficult. i would say no because she is still officially married and if she changes her mind again she ahould could have sex with her husband at any time.
I would say any world where chastity devices are mandatory for the unmarried would be running on the principle of no sexual relief outside of "marriage duties". Which would mean a chastity belt would be customary, if not required, for spouses in the process of separation. Of course with the soon-to-be-former spouse having the ability to remove the belt if the marriage is resumed before the divorce.

a new marriage???? Oh come on, for god's sake! Anybody is to marry only once in their life !!!!! Once and forever!!! It's a holy boundary in front of God, not a cable TV provider treaty that you can change whenever you want to. Sure, in some rare exceptions like when being abused or tricked it's ok, but that only bearly happens, luckily. You can't just marry someone else because you wake up ater lile 11 years and notice that youe partner investment dropped in value and that you want someone else now... maybe even make jim oay for you and the children while he never gets to see them again.... like seriously ... no....
In the states one second after the judge signs the degree, You can marry again.
