youdontknowme Speaking of bodies though, why is it that sex work is commonly referred to as "selling one's body", but back-breaking labor and hazardous jobs are not?
Men who need money to support their families often seek out risky/hard jobs because the money is better, cops, firemen, construction, etc. A better question might be why is it OK for a man to sell his body doing hard labor but a woman cannot sell her body (some places) to earn a living as a sex worker.
