Same key for both.I've never the secondary shield off,and my parents have a key each,with a spare one in a locked box in case of need(plastic lock with serial number,so I can cut it easily,but it would be noticed easily too).

I tend to go @Laura 's parents way and order an abstinence belt, but I'm still not sure, because most parents prefer complete chastity belts. What are the pros and cons?
HHelen Laure is 28 I believe is she that old already because that is likely too late to start this. Is she is young like still under 18 I would order everything you can now because you might need it and it is cheeper usually to buy it together. Some girls night need no masturbating if they rebellion or if they have a personality that gets addicted easily, you might need the bra and bands for punishment's or to stop her getting pleasure under the belt. I would start small and slow and see how she reacts and if she clearly can't Handel masturbating and not wanting to have sex then you can go to prevent pleasure as well.

This is a belt without secondary shield and without bands. A chastity belt, with secondary shield and bands is totally secure for the girl and avoid not only penetrative sex.

I agree.It was used as a punishment at first for me,and I hated it.And,if she punish her this way,she would lose every possibility to convince her to wear a chastity belt willignly,as she would always associate chastity belt with punishment.

If she doesn't allow any sex,but allow her to touch herself,she should use a belt with a detachable secondary shield.Or unlock the belt and leave her alone in her room regularly(like for @catherine98).
