that's true, but i have used a different tactic so far. if i thought someone was a troll, i ignore him/her, which saves a lot of time and nerves. ð
Vanessa I think it is easier for users here since the start,or almost,as we can notice how it evolves,and make you happy,but for someone discovering it in only a few days,it can seems very hard.
I think so too, sometimes it is important to experience the development of some users in order to understand their decisions.
