                              i personally don't see a direct connection between masturbating and school performance either, in my view giving up masturbation completely does not automatically lead to better grades at school (you're welcome to discuss that, it's just my experience). but what can work is a system like the sister of @Lukas. In short, it means that you get breaks based on what grades you get in school, which keeps you motivated to study, knowing that if you get good grades, you'll get opportunities to masturbate 🙂

                                                I'm not you, so it's hard for me to speak authoritatively here, but what you're describing looks to me like a mix-up of cause and effect. Masturbation does not seem to be a cause of laziness here, but a way to kill boredom and a sign of a lack of willingness to engage in more valuable activities, such as study. However, if the belt helps you to some extent, then OK.
