I think my time here was great and it was really informative for me especially at the beginning of my chaste journey. I had no idea what chastity was before i was told to wear so. This was the first website i came to for day to day tips and what i could expect from wearing chastity equipment. This website has loads of information regarding chastity and you can spend hours on end learning new things and different experiences with chastity. Even though many stories are far fetched which are created by trolls, many of the real experiences are really valuable. For someone who has no time reading about my experience, here is a brief summary.
When I got into college, my tuition fee was paid off but if i wanted more privileges I was told to wear a chastity belt. The reason was to make sure I was still a virgin and to make sure that I am protected. I was initially speechless and horrified but, the many advantages were explained to me. There are many disadvantages also but, I thought it was worth it because the privileges i got in exchange were really great. Initially a cheap Chinese belt, bra and thighbands were bought and i was still not sure to wear it. I started to wear it and it was really tough few weeks initially, but I eventually got through the training and finally a contract was made. Then a custom chastity belt, bra and thighbands were ordered and when it came, It was such an upgrade from Chinese stuff and It was really comfortable and I was convinced that I could wear It 24/7. But even though it was comfortable, It was still a restrictive device. Then I started wearing the equipment full time.
Now to advises, since it has been almost 2 years since i started being a chaste, I learned a lot about the training, maintenance, day to day tips, outfits to wear and problems.
THE TRAINING
Initially i advice you to start small and increase your time. I started in the Chinese stuff for wearing 30min for 2 days and increased wearing time 15 min for rest of the week. After that I increased time by 30min everyday until i reached
10 hour mark. I then stopped increasing time for few days and after that, you can pretty much tell that if you want to continue wearing it for longer periods of time. This is the point where the custom equipment were ordered. By the time the equipment arrived, I was wearing 24/7 and the longest i have ever worn without any break was a whole week. So after that i took a break for 3 days and i stared to wear the custom equipment. I never wore thighbands until this point. I advice you to make some adjustments to the custom belt and bra before you wear it full time. Thighbands are not useful for your protection in any way but, I advice you not to wear it 24/7. The bands should be a fist size from the belt to atleast walk properly. The lower you wear it, the harder it is to walk. The chain should be more than 8cms in general. It took me approximately 4 months to be properly trained.
VISITING THE BATHROOM
I was really worried about going to the bathroom initially and now i found a way which suits me. I advice you to get trained in your home and after you are done, use a water jet and hair dryer to dry up. After you feel confident, if you go outside, carry a spray bottle or wetwipes. If its too much to carry, I use the bathroom outside in college once and after i am done, i use toilet paper generously to clean up and wear panty liners. You can choose whichever method which works for you. I dont advice you to poo with the belt on because its much more difficult to clean up. Again I never went to poo with my belt on so I dont know exactly what to expect. I also use Intimate perfumes for privates after i use the bathroom outside just to make sure there is no smell.
THE EQUIPMENT TO ORDER
I have 2 different styles of belts for different purposes, a chastity bra and thighbands all from My-Steel. I have a waist style ergonomic belt with anal hole for everyday use and a hip style super ergonomic thong style belt for special occasions. Both have their pros and cons but the latter is more discrete. Make sure you measure properly many times before you order the custom ones. The general rule is that the belt should be snug but not tight. Same goes for the bra and thighbands. I advice you to go for brands like My-Steel and Neosteel. The waist style is more restrictive but comfortable for me when i compare it with hip style thong belt. For long term use, i prefer to wear the waist style with anal hole since it leaves less marks and comfortable to wear. I removed the chains from the bra after some time wearing it and it was the best decision i had made. I still wear panties and regular bra over the equipment because it feels natural. I wear thighbands only on weekends, it is quite restrictive but i dont wear it everyday atleast.
THE CONTRACT
Make sure you have a fool proof contract which goes into every detail possible. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT FORCEFULLY. If someone is forcing you or brainwashing you to wear chastity equipment, please call the cops. Make sure you have unsupervised beaks everyday for maintenance. The keyholder should be clear what to do incase of emergency,doctor visits etc. The chaste should negotiate and make the contract which favors the chaste and not the keyholder. Think of every scenario you can be in and the necessary action the keyholder has to take accordingly. There should be proper maintenance breaks and supervised free time atleast once a week. After you make the contract, make sure you get a stamp seal form relevant authorities so that it holds in court as a legal document.
MAINTENANCE
Make sure you get unsupervised maintenance breaks eveyday and some supervised free time atleast once a week. Wash your equipment with antimicrobial products and cleaning of your privates is super important. Do not Wear chastity equipment during periods or when you are ill. It is dangerous. If your equipment is leaving marks or is pinching you, remove the equipment immediately and adjust your equipment till you feel comfortable. If you and your keyholder live in different places, make sure you have a key inside a smart lockbox which is controlled by your keyholder. I have mentioned in a post about it in great detail. Get some free time to exercise because wearing it continually is bad for your health.
CHALLENGES
There are many challenges you face when you become a chaste. Your body has to adjust and accommodate your equipment at first. Your mind should get used to the weight and restriction it provides. It is common and completely natural to fight your equipment, but the more you fight, the more you get frustrated and stressed. I used to do the same thing at first, but after a while, i realized that if i just accept the equipment, it is much easier to get used to it.
Another big challenge you face is that you have no control on some of your body parts anymore,with this you obviously lose your ability to touch yourself. This will be really frustrating and the only thing which can reduce this feeling is to invest yourself in something you really like.This reduces your sexual libido but it does not make it stop.
Another challenge you face is if someone sees your equipment in public. For that wear appropriate loose cloths which hides your equipment. Avoid places having metal detectors and even if they ask what it is, just tell its a posture trainer.(it worked for me once).
POSITIVES
There are some positive aspects to chastity. You can be sure that you are protected when you are outside. Chastity will prevent you from having sex which you regret later and if you are a virgin, it helps you be a virgin longer. You will have a dirty secret from the world if thats what you are into 😅 . It will prevent you from getting STDs but please make sure that you dont get UTIs.
Now the reason why i am quitting this forum.
Most of you have welcomed me and i am greatful for that but since i have been so busy lately and i have been on and off on this forum for many months, its time for me to wish you well and stop posting here. I have shared my experiences and tips for people who genuinely want to know and please dont believe the fat fetched stories that trolls put out here.
The Tips i wrote here are stuff which worked for me and it has a great chance that it might work for you but it is not a single rule fits all. You should find methods which work for you the best.

Laura, please stand up for yourself and get freed from the chastity belt. You are nearly 30 so please find a partner. This is just a friendly advice. Thank you for creating this forum, you have really helped at lot of people.
I want to thank everyone who has helped me so far and i did have a good time talking to people who have similar experience as me. Please dont let anyone convince you or brainwash you into wearing chastity because people think it is easy to wear equipment, its not, dont believe them because they are trolls. Always think twice before you get into chastity because once you are in, it is hard to get out.
