The farm is a high station farm and has sheep predominantly. But we also have a bed and breakfast attached and do farmstays. There is also a free range poultry setup and a few angus beef cattle

The house is relatively new so well insulated compared to the old house. Most the heating is a wood stove and heat pumps, but if power goes out the wood stove is enough and if not bring out the big sweaters

I think your current regime should include regular time for self care. Maybe every four weeks with your period? Most belted ladies take a break for a few days then, because who needs additional obstacles at that time of the month?
