It's not just about orgasms.

A young teenager shouldn't be allowed to drink alcohol, but it's not because she would feel drunk, it's because it's wrong to drink alcohol at such age, even if it's not enough to get drunk. Feeling drunk isn't the problem, drinking alcohol is. It's ok to let her have a very small sip if she's curious what it tastes like, but nothing more than that until she's older.

It's the same with orgasms. Orgasms aren't the problem, touching that area is. It's ok to let her wash herself there while taking a shower, otherwise it should be kept inaccessible until older.

        i disagree. alcohol has a proven harmful influence, especially on children and teenagers (even on some adults). touching the intimate area or mastubation or sex does not have this proven bad influence

At the time a chastity belt would have been very, very damaging to me, both physically and psychologically. That's why I am strongly against belting teenagers against their will... stopping them from taking care of themselves and labelling girls as "sluts" for doing what is natural / necessary is incredibly damaging.
