I am too. Have we not seen postings here where a married couple is having sex but have agreed the woman would wear a belt as a sign of fidelity, or some other reason. They would need to know something about belts.

And I assure you I am not trying to judge, just understand. My experience is when I have a lover I am more likely to masturbate because I'm horny for him all the time. He is the image I have in mind to help get me off. I know men who feel that masturbating is a form of cheating, however. My brothers for example.

Like most people here Iām not married but still locked up. Belt may or may not come off after marriage although it probably will it depends on what me and my bf decide.

You are chaste whenever you do not engage in unapproved sexual activity, which in most cultures means you only have sex within a marriage or similarly committed relationship. You are celibate when you do not take steps to enter such a relationship, so only being chaste and celibate requires complete and utter sexual abstinence.
